Managing Director and Founder

Leon formed Door4 back in 2000 after gaining a BSc Hons in Building Surveying from the University of Salford. He still questions its relevance to his current role, but can identify the cause of a damp patch from 200 yards. (A damp patch in a building, that is.)

Leon is a family man, with two young children, and often has to remind clients that he is actually in his late 30s (some people think he’s about 25 and only been at this game for a couple of years…)

Leon oversees some of the new business enquiries alongside James Berzins, and controls the day-to-day operation of the business.
