Well, will you look at that! We told you we were celebrating our Recommended Agency Register (RAR) certification a few weeks back, but now we’ve actually got the big, shiny OFFICIAL logo to prove it!
Like an award winner that says: ‘This one means the most ‘cos it’s voted for by the fans’ – we’re very happy about this validation, as it can only be gained following a certain number of positive reviews by previous or existing happy clients.
That’s why we’re crowing about it, because endorsement by people that are pleased with your services is worth much more than any boast you can come up with (although we are often guilty of that as well).
Bragging to your pals is one thing, but when a girl tells her friends what a good kisser you are, the smiles in the school corridor increase tenfold!
… i.e. Door4. Because, it’s proof that we’ve been independently assessed by an outside organisation, based on testimonials from people we’ve worked with (both previously and ongoing), and judged to be reliable provider of high-quality, good-value services. Put simply, it means you can trust us to deliver what we say we will.
Also, RAR is up-to-date. As you can see by the logo, you only get 12 months’ grace until you either;
a) have your certification renewed because new people are continuing to rave about you, or
b) disappear from the register and have to hand back your logo and certificate, because you’ve not done anything good in the last year.
This means you can be sure that any positive rumblings about an agency are recent, and not ten-year-old vintage client quotes from ‘way back when’.
