Branding and Design:
Working within established brand guidelines presents a challenge for any agency. Defined house styles must be adhered to, and new styles and approaches must be defined for web-specific components. Door4 explored a number of layouts and styles with AYH, to determine how best to deliver content which was complementary to their existing print collateral, whilst exploiting the more fluid interaction, and accessibility requirements of the web.

Imagery:
Our client approached us with a wide selection of outstanding, relevant imagery. We utilised this in large format across the website, and ensured that where relevant, larger photographs could be viewed without pop-up windows.

Optimisation:
Shortly after initial launch, the website occupied a top five position in Google for the word "architect" (which it still does to this day) - a substantial achievement. We have since worked on optimising additional key-phrases, to ensure that the business receives a healthy flow of enquiries.

Additional services:
We were asked how best to add a component to the website to capture results of a visitor questionnaire. We solved this problem by building an online survey system, which in 2 rounds gathered many hundreds of customer responses, which could then be analysed using direct online analysis, and an export function.
